- You should feed yourself with good and healthy food.
- Try to eat as much as possible especially in the morning before starting the ascent. Keep your lunches light. It is better to have small snacks along the way with dry or fresh fruits, energy bars, sugar tablets.
Tip: Bring multivitamin tablets, especially magnesium and vitamin C (which is needed to absorb the magnesium).
- Make sure you drink lots of water (it is not important to mix it with strange powder stuff) to keep yourself from dehydrating. Dehydration also causes your heart beat to increase and this have the effect of making your feel even more tired.
